The rank bands come from the December 22, 2025 update. The resource later placed Hypno outside the bands as a new arrival and removed banned Manectric in June 2026. It does not publish a fresh post-ban VR vote.

All 260 base-form Gen 1-3 species that pass a one-set TeamValidator probe in the pinned gen3ru implementation. Nonstandard species, battle-only forms, and alternate forms are not candidates.
The four current RUBL species plus Glalie, which the named format bans directly. This is a focused exclusion list, not all 126 species rejected by higher-tier bans.
Count across the nine sample teams published January 8, 2026. This is not usage. The library predates the February 3 shifts and contains neither Hypno nor Manectric.
Forty-five species in the December 22, 2025 community VR bands. Hypno is legal but separately listed as new and unranked. Manectric was removed after its June ban.
Literal membership in the Role Compendium last edited June 6, 2026. The source supplies no primary/niche split. Pelipper remains in one live table despite the update log saying it was removed.

The corpus contains the 19 public exact-format [Gen 3] RU replays at date-sorted public-search ranks 1 through 19 on 2026-07-26. Their battle dates run from 2026-07-04 through 2026-07-26, after the pinned Manectric RUBL source commit.
Counts describe only what was publicly revealed or executed in these 19 battles.
This corpus does not support tier-wide usage, winrate, matchup-rate, set-rate, or representative metagame claims.
fullRosterBothSides means all six species appeared for both players. It does not mean either private team or any complete set was revealed.
